Aurélie integrates the "Biophotonics of molecular and cellular interactions" team within the LBP. She will work on the synthesis and characterization of fluorescent nucleoside analogues.
Previous appointments: After her PhD in organic chemistry (Orléans, 2007), she worked as a post-doc on the synthesis of new deazapurine nucleosides for therapeutic purposes (UOCHB, Prague). She then completed two ATER positions, another post-doctorate and a first permanent position as professor assistant in an engineering school in organic chemistry (Escom - Compiègne). She then followed courses in biochemistry and molecular biology and obtained a master 2 (Paris 7, 2016). Thanks to her dual competence, she obtained a position of professor assistant in Strasbourg in the CAMB lab (2017). Her main research topic was the synthesis of mucolytic polymers for gene vectorization in lungs.
