Ronan Bernede wins best oral presentation award at SPB Symposium 2025

We are delighted to announce that Ronan Bernede, a PhD student in the OnKO - 3T team, has won the best oral presentation award at the SPB Symposium 2025, organized on May 7 at the IGBMC by the Students and Post-docs Board (SPB).

In a powerful Blitz Talk, Ronan presented his thesis work, funded by the Ligue contre le cancer, on:

“Remodeling the immune environment using miRNAs to sensitize ENT cancers to immunotherapies”.

This research, led by Dr Sophie Martin, is part of an innovative drive to understand and manipulate the tumor microenvironment in order to improve the efficacy of immunotherapies.

This award recognizes the scientific quality of her work, as well as her ability to communicate it with clarity and impact.

Congratulations to Ronan on this wonderful recognition!
