"Introduction to image processing and analysis workshop with ImageJ/ Fiji" workshops on the lllkirch campus !

Members of Staff from the microscopy platforms of the RISEst these workshops free of charges for Master's level students, technicians, engineers and researchers.

The LBP is involved through the Quantum Imaging Platform (PIQ).

Several sessions a year are proposed at the Faculty of Pharmacy, on the Illkirch campus, in French and English.

Several sessions have already taken place, the last of which was in March 2024. Some forty participants learned all about Fiji/ImageJ, including how to manage a stack of images, different types of measurements and image segmentation.

The next workshop is scheduled for April 25th and 26th, 2024. More sessions to come at the last trimester 2024.
