Since 2021, our laboratory has developed a new platform dedicated to the measurement of UV-visible absorption, circular dichroism and fluorescence spectra. The platform consists of 4 instruments (Fluoromax 4, Shimadzu UV-2700i, Safas Xenius plate reader and circular dichroism Jasco J-820 spectrophotometer) and will soon include a peptide synthesizer. This platform is open to members of the UMR 7021 as well as external users from academic and private institutions, under a fee agreement.
